Cancellation & Replacement Policy
At Nigal Mahizh, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
We only provide replacements for products that are:
• Damaged during transit
• Defective product received
• Incorrect item received
• Missing item in shipment
In any of the below cases, we will take full responsibility and arrange for a replacement product after verification of the issue.
In case of Damaged product:
• Please notify us about the damaged product within 2 days from the delivery date via WhatsApp to +91 70109 73838
• Please send us the order number, outer box image, unboxing video, and 2 clear images of the damaged product.
• In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be replaced.
• Replacement requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
• Used or opened products are not eligible for replacement.
In case of Wrong product received:
• Please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date via WhatsApp to +91 70109 73838
• Please send us the order number, package image, and clear images/videos of the received product.
• We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement of the correct product.
In case of Missing product:
• Please notify us about the missing product within 2 days from the delivery date via WhatsApp to +91 70109 73838
• Please send us the order number, outer box image, and clear images/videos of the opened package with all items received.
• We do not provide refunds for missing products, but we will promptly re-send the missing item after verification.
• Email will be responded to within 24–48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
